INSTRUCTIONS:
The participants all stand around the table and each of them gets an empty paper, pen, and a balloon. It would be best that all the balloons are the same color because otherwise some of the participants can remember who had what color and the activity should be anonymous.
Each of them writes their greatest fear or biggest secret, puts it inside the balloon and blows it.
When all the balloons are blown we mix them and give them randomly to the participants. Then one by one, they pop the balloons, read out loud what is written on the paper and we all discuss it. This way we can solve their problem anonymously. A lot of them are afraid to speak openly about their problems.
